From struggles to a realization of passion. LEAD Education Consultancy Agency (LEAD) started from its humble beginnings in 2018, when its proprietor, Mischele Martin Balbiran, rose like phoenix from the challenges of being a migrant worker to now an owner of an institution aiming to help future learners change their lives.

As a Marketing Professional in the Philippines, Balbiran used her earned skills to strive in Canada. However, it was not an easy road for her to take, as struggles would always obstruct her way to success. Considering that she is from a clan of academicians and educators, a great synergy of her marketing skills and passion for education, made her decide to be an independent marketing consultant for various schools in Alberta for two years.

In 2020, despite the challenges from COVID-19 pandemic, Balbiran's motivation became stronger than ever as more future learners gave her their trust an confidence. The threats of the turbulent environments made her realize that it is crucial to defy conventions and elevate skills and other competencies originally possessed through continuous learning experience in globally competitive schools , colleges and universities.

Due to the increasing demand in online learning, with the help of her family from the education sector, who she employs as consultants, she decided to establish an institution envisioned to establishing careers worldwide - thus, the birth of LEAD.
